These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RapidClean mobile application, the RapServ website at rapserv.com, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by RapServ ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About RapServ and RapidClean

RapServ operates RapidClean, an on-demand laundry platform that connects Customers with local laundromats ("Vendors") and independent delivery riders ("Riders") for laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services. RapServ acts as a technology intermediary and does not itself perform laundry cleaning services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding agreement.
  • You are not barred from using the Platform under applicable law.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You may register as a Customer, Rider, or Vendor. Customers sign in using a phone number and one-time passcode (OTP). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You may browse limited parts of the Platform as a guest without creating an account. Certain features — including placing orders and accessing order history — require sign-in.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining control of the phone number and device used to access your account, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rapserv.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual or business may maintain only one active account per role. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Customers

As a Customer you may:

  • Search for and select laundromat Vendors.
  • Place orders for laundry services including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries from saved or entered addresses.
  • Track order status in real time.
  • Leave reviews and ratings for Vendors.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of your delivery and pickup addresses.
  • Being available or designating a representative for pickup and delivery.
  • Not placing items that are prohibited, hazardous, or illegally obtained.

4.2 Riders

As a Rider you may:

  • Accept delivery assignments generated by the Platform.
  • Use in-app navigation and verification tools.
  • Earn compensation as determined by the applicable Rider agreement.

You are responsible for:

  • Completing accepted deliveries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately verifying and, where applicable, photographing items at pickup or delivery.
  • Maintaining a valid vehicle registration and any required local permits or licenses.
  • Complying with all applicable traffic and transportation laws.

Riders are independent contractors, not employees of RapServ.

4.3 Vendors (Laundromat Owners)

As a Vendor you may:

  • List your laundromat business on the Platform.
  • Set service offerings, pricing, and operating hours.
  • Receive and manage customer orders.
  • Access earnings reports through the Platform.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing laundry services as described in your listing.
  • Maintaining accurate availability and operating hours.
  • Complying with all applicable business licensing, health, and safety regulations.
  • Resolving service quality disputes directly with Customers in good faith.

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Order Placement

Orders are placed through the Platform and constitute a binding agreement between the Customer and the Vendor for the services selected. RapServ facilitates the connection and order workflow but is not a party to the underlying laundry service agreement.

5.2 Pricing

Prices displayed on the Platform are set by Vendors and may vary. RapServ may apply service fees or delivery fees as disclosed at checkout.

5.3 Payment Methods

The Platform allows you to select a preferred payment method for an order (such as cash on pickup or other methods shown in the app). RapServ does not currently process payment card or wallet transactions inside the mobile app. Payment for services is completed according to the method selected and any instructions shown at checkout — for example, paying the Rider or Vendor directly upon pickup or delivery.

If we introduce in-app payment processing in the future, we will update these Terms and notify you before such features take effect.

5.4 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before a Rider accepts the pickup request, subject to the cancellation policy displayed in the app.
  • Once a Rider has picked up your laundry, cancellation may result in a partial charge.
  • Refund eligibility for service quality issues is determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 48 hours of order completion to raise a dispute.

5.5 Rider Compensation

Rider earnings are calculated based on completed deliveries as described in the Rider agreement. RapServ reserves the right to adjust fee structures with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Submit laundry items that are hazardous, contain illegal substances, or violate applicable law.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users (Customers, Riders, or Vendors).
  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, or any metrics on the Platform.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
  • Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity or role.
  • Use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.

7. Reviews and User-Generated Content

By submitting a review, rating, special instruction, dispute note, or any other content on the Platform, you grant RapServ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use that content in connection with operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform — including the RapServ and RapidClean names, logos, application design, and software — is owned by or licensed to RapServ. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google Maps & Places and Firebase Cloud Messaging for map, address, and notification functionality. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. RapServ is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

The Platform may open external applications — such as Google Maps for turn-by-turn navigation — outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Platform as Intermediary

RapServ is a technology platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or timeliness of laundry services provided by Vendors, nor the conduct of Riders. We facilitate connections but are not liable for the outcome of individual service transactions.

10.2 Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without notice.

10.3 No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RapServ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to RapServ in the 30 days preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RapServ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your provision or receipt of services through the Platform.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time:

13.2 By RapServ

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Platform or other users.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 12) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or other reasonable means at least 14 days before they take effect, where required. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by general principles of commercial and consumer protection law applicable internationally. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting support@rapserv.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in the country where you reside.
